Flight Daily News, the show daily for the aerospace industry, produced by Trident Communications on behalf of Reed Business Information has been awarded top honours by the Royal Aeronautical Society for the second year running.
At the Journalist of the Year Awards ceremony hosted at The Royal Courts of Justice in central London on 16th July, Flight Daily News (FDN) beat entries from around the globe to be named best airshow daily.
The award was presented to FDN editor Alan Peaford by president and CEO of Dassault Falcon John Rosanvallon on the eve of the Farnborough International Airshow at which Trident Communications is producing five editions of the newspaper.
Richard Thiele, sales director of Flight Group, the division Reed Business Information which publishes Flight Daily News, a sister title to the market leading Flight International added: “Acknowledgment from the industry in this manner underlines the premier position which Flight Daily News holds in the marketplace. Major players in the aerospace sector see FDN as the best way of communicating with their customers.”
